I’m a Professor for Media Informatics and Human-Computer Interaction since 2015. I currently have two BMBF funded projects running in the context of Human-Robot Interaction. In both cases, we explore interaction designs for people with severe motor impairment – thereby focusing e.g. on gaze-based interaction and augmented reality to interact and control robots.
My PhD student Max Pascher, who also applied as an expert, was introduced to this COST Action by Danijela Ristic-Durrant, when he visited one of our project partners in Bremen. My second PhD student working in this domain, Stephanie Arévalo, also applied.
As of now, we would be happy to contribute to this Action as we think our work, while not directly dealing with wearable robots, can be applied in this context as well.
