My main research lies in the areas of Software Engineering and Distributed Systems. More precisely, I specialize in methods for Context-aware, Self-adaptive applications and services, with emphasis on Mobile and Pervasive computing environments.
I am also active in the areas of: Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) in the software industry, Computer Science Education (see Code Cyprus), and Gamification as a means for student engagement and behavior change.
